A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of delivery. Provider-reported statements are not independent verification. Not stated means unknown, not absent. Source review dates are distinct from independent verification dates. Owner claim status concerns profile control, not service delivery.

## Evidence labels

- Provider-reported: a statement from the provider or its own announcement.
- Independently corroborated: an identified outside source supports this specific fact.
- Not stated: insufficient information; do not infer that a capability is absent.
- Explicitly stated as absent: the cited source explicitly reports the absence.

## Dates and profile control

A checked date records a source review. It does not independently verify delivery. A fact's verified date applies only to that fact. Rebuilding these files, importing a record or visiting a URL does not create a new verification date. An owner claim concerns control of a profile.

## Publication and ordering

Only published profiles appear in these resources. Thin candidates, drafts, excluded and suppressed records remain unpublished. Profiles need an identifiable business, official website, AI-related service and sufficient sourced detail. The initial candidate data was imported once from Toolsfine and is maintained independently.

Organic order uses source-backed fact completeness, then recorded verification/source-review recency and stable name order. This is not a quality score. Launch listings are free. Any future sponsorship must be separately labelled and cannot change organic order or evidence status.

## Service coverage

Coverage is separate from headquarters. Unknown coverage remains unknown. The directory does not offer GPS or distance search.
