Public directory information
Profiles contain business information from identified public sources and reviewed provider submissions. We show source attribution and review status. A business listing does not establish verified ownership or independently verified delivery. Contact details submitted privately are not automatically published.
Information you provide
Our forms ask for your name, email address, company or profile identifier, relevant website, message and consent. We use this information to assess submissions, confirm control of an email address, check authority when necessary, respond to corrections and prevent duplicate or abusive requests. Email confirmation alone does not prove company ownership.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and private request storage. Turnstile checks form interactions for abuse. GitHub stores versioned directory content; private requests stay outside that content repository. Brevo processes transactional messages when email is enabled. These providers may process data outside your country. Administrator access is restricted, and request contents are not placed in public build output.
Our request service uses keyed hashes of IP addresses and email addresses for rate limiting. Cloudflare may also process network information for service security. We do not sell submitted contact details or send marketing messages because you submitted a request.
Retention
We retain a request while it is being handled. After it is closed, we retain the name, email address and message for up to 180 days, then remove them from the active request database together with private review notes and email-verification tokens. If a listing has been withdrawn, we may retain its minimal profile identifier to prevent accidental re-listing. Public source information and the history of published content are separate from private request records.
Cookies and measurement
This version has no newsletter, advertising trackers or visitor accounts. Security services can use storage needed to protect the site. The private CMS stores the administrator’s repository token in the administrator’s browser; this is not used for ordinary visitors. If we add analytics, we will update this notice to describe the actual collection.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask about information relating to you, request a correction or ask for deletion. Include the relevant profile URL or request reference. We may need reasonable information to confirm your authority, but please do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential customer records through the ordinary form.
